Home Assessment FAQ
Q: How long does it take a representative to complete an Assessment of my Home?
A: A 3,000 square foot home and under will typically tae 2 hours to complete. You can add an additional hour for every 1,000 square feet. The time we spend at a home is also determined by the amount of questions we are being asked and we want to make sure that we have answered all our families questions while we are with them so that they are well informed and clear as to what is healthy or not about their home.
Q: Will I need to move, turn off or on, or unplug anything around my house?
A: Do not change the way you would normally do things in your home because we are coming over. If you move, turn off or on, or unplug anything around your home that may change your readings and we will not be able to get a clear picture of what you are experiencing in or around your home environment.
Q: Can I participate, watch and/or join in on the Home Assessment?
A: We recommend and urge all of our families to be present and to participate in the Assessment of their home so that you will learn and have a strong knowledge base on what readings a healthy environment should have.
Q: What happens if there is a high amount of EMF found during the Home Assessment?
A: After your Assessment is completed, our Representative will review the readings that were taken within your environment and go back to the area that had the highest readings of EMF and temporarily mitigate that area. While doing this you will want to be in that area so that you can experience what it feels like to be with and without EMF in that space. This can and usually does help someone discern their level of sensitivity to EMF.
Q: How do I clean up or fix the EMF within my home?
A: At the end of your Home Assessment your Representative will give you an overview of what was found within your environment. If any issues are found your Representative will inform you about those issues and that time you will have the option to Mitigate and correct those issues, leave things as they are or fix the concerns that you feel are most important to you and your family. Choice is yours.
Q: If I choose to mitigate issues, how long will it take to fix the issues?
A: Once you have decided to Mitigate a high EMF Environment we will order the equipment necessary for your specific fix. It typically takes 2 weeks to receive your mitigation equipment and then one of our licensed electricians will contact you to schedule your installation. Total time from the date of your Assessment to the date of Mitigation can take up to 30 days.
Q: Are there any side effects or unusual experiences that occur after Mitigating?
A: The first few days after Mitigating feel really good, but families who are sensitive or hyper-sensitive to EMF willl typically experience a detox called Herxheimer Detoxification. To learn more click on the following link https://youtu.be/RW1FSIKhy7k
Q: Should I take the Mitigation process in steps?
A: If you find yourself to be sensitive or hyper-sensitive to frequency then we recommend taking the Mitigation process in steps. If you feel like you are sensitive or hyper-sensitive to frequency then let your Representative know. They create a plan specifically tailored to you and your needs and to make your Dtox process as easy as possible.
