By making a purchase from eleEOS.com, you understand and agree that eleEOS may share information about you and your transaction with other companies for the purpose of processing your transaction, including fraud prevention, vendor direct shipping and credit card authorization. Additionally, comments and any other content posted by users on this site is subject to our User Generated Content Agreement.

The products on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or health problem. The content of the eleEOS website is not intended to offer any medical advice or to replace a qualified health care professional.

eleEOS is an online distribution store and a re-seller of the products listed on it. eleEOS does do independent testing of the products but relies on the testing and information provided by the manufacturers of the products listed.

We believe in the quality and the effectiveness of the products that we sell on eleEOS.com! We also believe in providing ample information to our clients and prospective clients so that they can make informed decisions.

DISCOUNTS

Discount Coupons, Codes and Offers retrieved online are only valid on online purchases and only for the dates listed on the code or offer. To redeem online promotions, the code must be entered at checkout and is valid for one-time use only. Sales tax, shipping, installation fees & handling do not qualify for discount. Offers are not redeemable for cash or gift cards, nor are they valid toward previous purchases. Offers may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions. Void if altered, copied, transferred, auctioned or sold. Offer valid on in-stock items only. No rain checks issued. Offer not valid for prior purchases. Other restrictions may apply. Maximum discount on any coupon, code or offer is a $250 maximum. Other restrictions may apply.

SHIPPING

We ship to virtually every country! All USA and Canada orders received by 2:00 pm (EST) will be shipped within five business days. International orders will ship within seven business days. Countries outside of the USA and Canada do not typically come with a tracking number so you must CONTACT US if your shipment hasn't arrived or if you want a tracking number. We use trackable shipping for all USA and Canada orders. You know the drill, once the order is placed, you'll receive a tracking number. If your merchandise is held at our location for you and/or for your installation, you must CONTACT US in regards to scheduling your installation. To keep our costs low for you and because we have many orders coming thru, you will need to keep track of your products and installations along the way. Any other questions, CALL US, we want all customers happy, it's what we strive for.

Are you a charity organizations, hospital, or childcare center? If so, we automatically deduct 50% of your shipping costs. Just a little thank you for all the hard work you do to better our world!

RETURNS

The following conditions apply to returns:

  • All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.), and certificates of authenticity and grading must be returned with the returned items.

  • Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable) and unused product in its original packaging and protective wrapping must be returned within 30 days (no exceptions) from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds are not available for shipping (to or from) and are not available for any custom products. Customer pays any return shipping fees.

  • Some products have restocking fees. When we are charged restocking fees by the manufacturer we pass those on to you. Make sure to check on this before returning your item.

Before mailing a return be sure to email us at info@eleeos.com to have your return approved. You must receive an RTM number to send with your item before shipping it. If you have not received an RTM number and/or it is not identified in or on the returned item, we will return the shipment to the sender.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not collect or store your personal information (except for the purpose of shipping the product to you). We do not sell or share any of your personal information, collected for this purpose, to external companies!

Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping. However, we do not collect any sensitive information (such as credit card information).
